How do we process your personal information?

When you shop from an online store, spring or someone else, you leave information about yourself. Where you live, what email address you have and what you shop. Some of our customers wonder what we do with the information and here we describe a little more formally how we work with information.

The basis of all we do is to treat our customers that we ourselves want to be treated, always. This also applies when it comes to information.

What information do we collect?

We collect as little information as possible. We need to know where you live to be able to send the goods home to you. If you order for your job or summer place, we don't even need to know where you live.

If you want to order against an invoice, our partner link to your payment partner must have your social security number. Only then can you have your goods sent home to an invoice.

When you pay by card it is required that you state your credit card number. It goes via a secure server and link to your payment partner or link to your payment partner 2 manages card payments through us.

Then of course we need to know which products you order and we need your email address in order to contact you with delivery message, changed information, etc.

How do we use this information?

We use the information to dispatch your order. We use your email address to send you information. If you do not want information from us, you can easily cancel further information letter via a link information email and will never be contacted by us again.

We use cookies. We do this to store your goods in your shopping cart.

We also use Google's service "Google Analytics" and "Adroll Remarking". These services also use cookies. Here you can read more about what it means to you.

Information to other actors

We never leave your information to anyone else. Exceptions are made if for some reason we are forced by law.

Remove your information from our database

The only information we retain is your email address. The remaining information is saved only as a basis for the financial transaction.

If you do not want us to have your e-mail address in our database for information letters, you can email us, we will remove it.
