Terms of sale

1. Buy

When ordering, an agreement on purchase only reached when Fiskgandis.se confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order was received by Fiskgandis.se. If delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item is sent. Fiskegodis.se has ownership and readmission rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and Fiskgandis.se must be able to determine the customer's home address.

2. Prices

Prices include VAT with 25 % for orders within the EU. In case of a confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances that Fiskgandis.se does not have. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No expedition costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost.

3. Shipping

A shipping cost of SEK 69 will be added within Sweden. Or when purchased on sum SEK 499 free shipping included

4. Payment options/payment terms

4.1 Invoice (within Sweden only)

The fee for paying against invoice is SEK 0. We use Klarna for Invoice and you will find their terms here https://www.klarna.com/se/villkor/
Payment terms: In the case of invoice payment, 14 days from the time the item has been sent.

4.2 Card payment

We use payment partners names for secure card payments.

4.3 Direct payment via Internet Bank.

5. Delivery

Orders that are made before 4 pm on weekend-free everyday life are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 2-3 days within Sweden.
We reserve the right to ensure that all stock items are sold out before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel purchases at no cost unless the product is in stock. The packages are delivered by the post or other carrier to the delivery point or sent as post.

6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays arise from our suppliers except our control. This can be done, for example, as a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations against us or problems in the manufacturing process. If it occurs, we disclose compensation for the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we always let you know if deliveries will go out on time. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost of delivery delay.

7. Transport

Fiskgandis.se is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company are responsible for the risk of any return to us.

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order directly. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to info@fiskgodis.se

9. Right and Open Purchase

Private customers are entitled to 14 days' right of withdrawal according to the Distance Agreements Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
As a customer with us, Fiskgandis.se also offers exchange rights within 30 days from the time you ordered the item. This only applies to unused products.

10. Complaints

If you want to advertise a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Preferably notify us via e-mail info@fiskgodis.se before sending anything. Add the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

11. Refunds

Refunds are made via fish candy.se, bank Swedbank or via Swish. The sum is always refunded to the same account used on the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations

We reserve for changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, error writing or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events during Force Majeur below.

13. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose to complete and provide the service you expect from us. According to PUL (the Personal Data Act) you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant you can request correction or removal from our customer register. If so, contact our customer service (preferably at e-mail info@fiskgodis.se). We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our Privacy Policy).

14. Not picked up parcel

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent by e-mail or SMS to you. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, the address and e-mail address you specified is correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 200.

15. Force Majeur

In the event of war, natural disaster, combat measures in the labor market, government decisions and comparable events outside our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot hold the said agreement/commitment, shall be the basis for being exempted from our committees.
